Excellent experience with Sharon and her team. She helped us sell our house and purchase a new home. We sold our house in the St. Cloud area and moved to Minneapolis. With her office being located in St. Coud, MN I was concerned that it might be an issue that we were looking at houses so far away from her office and her area but it wasn't. She was cool and calm even when the housing market wasn't which also put us at ease. We never felt pressured or forced into any of our decisions on our sale or the purchase. She also helped us out a lot throughout our closings staying on top of all the inspections, lenders, and title companies. She has a lot of knowledge and friends in the business which is no surprise to us after working with her. If we had any questions she couldn't answer she knew someone who could answer it. I would recommend her and her team they were great to work with.
